Create your own warrior with Dragonball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi’s Hero mode!

Following a drought of information on Spike’s upcoming Dragonball Z title, Namco Bandai have released a new trailer detailing the game’s character customisation options.

Named “Hero mode“, Dragonball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi’s character customisation features allow you to create and edit everything about your very own warrior from the style of their hair and clothes to the special attacks that they use. Based on the trailer it also appears that accessories such as Saiyan tails and scouters will be available for use when creating your fighter.

Hero mode doesn’t end there though, as once your character has been created you are free to fly around the world battling opponents for exp or to complete missions to advance the story – yes, story! It is unclear at the moment however whether your created fighters will be available for use in the game’s other modes.

As well as detailing the character customisation, the new trailer also features a treat in the form of our first glimpse at a Dragonball GT character in HD!

So tell us, what does the scouter say about your excitement level?!

DragonBall Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi is released on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 in US on the 25th of October, and in the UK on the 28th of October. Be sure to check out the new screens posted on Namco Bandai’s Facebook page too!
