Trailer for Simon Pegg’s A Fantastic Fear of Everything

Simon Pegg himself revealed a new trailer to his unusual “psycho-comedy” A Fantastic Fear of Everything, having unveiled it via his Twitter page.

Based on Bruce Robinson’s novel Paranoia In The Launderette, the film follows Jack (Pegg), a children’s author trying his hand at writing a crime novel. However, his research into serial killers has him paranoid at the thought of being murdered. When a Hollywood executive suddenly takes an interest in his work, Jack’s long suffering agent tries to help him through his breakdown. In the end, he is forced to confront his worst demons, those being his love life, his laundry and the origin of all fear.

Directed by Crispian Mills (from Kula Shaker) and Chris Hopewell, with Mills also having scripted it for the screen, the film co-stars Amara Karan, Clare Higgins and Paul Freeman. A Fantastic Fear of Everything is set for release in the UK on June 8th.
