When Arrow began, it was all grim and gritty and sweaty and Star City – the place where Green Arrow operates in the DC comic universe – was deemed a little too cheesy for the show. So Star City became Starling City. Since then, the show has lightened up. Oliver Queen’s costume had become more superhero-y. The show has been crossing over with the more comic booky The Flash which takes place in the not-renamed Central City. So we started hearing rumours that Starling City was going to have a name change…
And now actor Paul Blackthorne (Quentin Lance in the show) has posted proof on Instagram.
And as a special bonus, Blackthorne has also a pic of himself with new Arrow season four baddie, Damien Darhk, as played by Neal McDonough (Dum Dum Dugan in Captain America: The First Avenger).

Meanwhile, the name of the Arrow episode set to feature John Constantine (played by Matt Ryan) has been revealed: “Haunted”. It’ll be the fifth episode of the new season and it’s being directed by Wargames/Saturday Night Fever helmer John Badham.
