Agent Carter Season 2 US Premier Date Announced – UK Should Follow Shortly


ABC has announced its US TV midseason premier dates which includes Marvel’s Agent Carter season two making its debut with a two-hour special on Tuesday 5 January.

The show will run for 10 during which time Marvel’s Agents Of SHIELD will take a break to return on Tuesday 8 March.

The key thing here for us in the UK is that back in September FOX UK gave a commitment to show season two of Agent Carter much sooner after its US debut. Season one, despite being shown months after its US airing, was FOX UK’s third biggest ratings hit ever. So hopefully we’ll be getting an announcement about season two very soon. For more info on what to expect from season two click on any of the links at the bottom of this story.

Meanwhile, hopefully now that US scheduling for the second half of Agents Of SHIELD season three has been finalised, Channel 4 execs can do their sums and work out when to start showing the series over here without having the show off air for weeks on end.
