New Poster, New Date For Marvel’s Agent Carter Season 2

In case you didn’t see out Tweet last night (we couldn’t actually post the story because we were experiencing technical difficulties) the launch date for Marvel’s Agent Carter has moved back a week in the UK because it’s been moved back two weeks in the States because President Obama is making a speech. No, really. It’s his State of the Union address, which happens every year but is usually on the last Tuesday of January. Next year, unexpectedly, it’s been moved to 12 January, which is when the second episode of Agent Carter was due to air in the States. So ABC has moved its start date for Agent Carter season two to 19 January, while here in the UK it’s moved from 17 January on Fox to 24 January.

All of which means we’re seeing season two even sooner again after its US airing – just a week’s gap rather than a fortnight. Hurrah!

Amusingly the new poster is very similar to a previous poster except Peggy’s arm has slightly moved; this may be a metaphor for the slightly moved start date. Or not.
