Mystery Science Theater 3000’s Robot Stars Audition For Star Wars

Apparently, the world’s most famous robot film critics, Mystery Science Theater 3000’s Tom Servo and Crow T Robot, tried their luck auditioning for roles in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and here’s the documentary evidence (or it may all be an elaborate marketing scam for the Mystery Science Theater 3000 kickstarter campaign).

The campaign has already passed its original target of $2 million to make six new episodes but now creator Joel Hodgson is hoping to reach $5.5 million, to produce further six episodes. Actor/comedian Patton Oswalt (Marvel’s Agents Of SHIELD) and Felicia Day (everything culty) have been confirmed for roles in the quirky show’s revival.
