In case you didn’t realise, the new X-Men film, X-Men: Apocalypse, takes place in the ’80s. Now, if there’s one Marvel mutant who says “’80s” more than any other, its disco queen Dazzler with her dance-floor pyrotechnics, roller-skates and disco ball necklace. Ali Blaire, as she was also known, isn’t in the film in person, but a new Tweet posted today by Apocalypse’s Jean Grey, actress Sophie Turner, proves that the character does exist with the cinematic franchise’s continuity. Now that’s what we call an Easter egg. Marvel should have considered making an album just so they could have released it! [via ComicBookResources]
