Loyal Neil Gaiman fans amongst you may remember that a couple of months ago, we reported that US cable network Starz had picked up a concept for a TV adaptation of American Gods, to be produced by FremantleMedia. With funding made available and the wheels of the project now set in motion, more news has broken regarding Gaiman’s own involvement in the series, and what – or perhaps whom – we might expect to see putting in appearances...

Back in February, MCM Buzz reported that a TV adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s American Gods had been taken on by FremantleMedia after being dropped from development at HBO. This week, the show – still under the direction of FremantleMedia North America – has been picked by US cable network Starz. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Starz has “handed out a script-to-series commitment to the project”, with writer-producers...
