WWE Network to launch February 24th in the US
WWE have finally confirmed what has been rumoured for a long time now – that the WWE Network will launch as an on-demand streaming service starting February 24th in the US, and rolling out to the United Kingdom and other countries towards the end of this year/beginning of 2015. The historic announcement took place at CES and featured Vince McMahon, joined by superstars John Cena, Shawn Michaels, Stone Cold Steve Austin and of course Triple H....

Saints Row IV Review

Saints Row IV Review
Saints Row IV is possibly the most over the top, self indulgent and egotistical game I have ever played, but I love it for that. It’s a game that never takes itself too seriously or boxes itself in, instead revelling in the absurdity of its own concept and pushing it to extremes. The opening has you climbing an already launched nuclear missile to an Aerosmith soundtrack, becoming President, having to choose between curing cancer or ending world...

Defiance Beta Hands On

Defiance Beta Hands On
SyFy’s new show Defiance will start airing in April 2013. So far it looks to be a fantastic show with a beautiful blend of survival, character profile development and big flashy battles. Who doesn’t like big flashy battles? Set during the aftermath of an interspecies war held on Earth, aliens and mankind have come to co-exist to survive on the war torn planet. With no main body of government, frontier cities such as Defiance are the closest thing...

The Attitude Era, viewed by many as one of the most memorable and loved era’s in professional wrestling history. However more importantly it helped the then WWF reclaim its number one spot back from its rivals WCW, a spot which the company from that point on never lost again. So fast forward nearly two...

Defiance. A new step for MMOs?

Defiance. A new step for MMOs?
When someone discusses Lord of the Rings, you no longer think of just some rather old books. There are games, movies, literature, spin-offs and plenty of cosplay. Tolkein’s books are no longer a title, but an entire universe, much in the same way we see Marvel nowadays, with the various characters in their own games, movies and of course comics. That’s what Defiance is about to become, not just a game, nor a TV series but a fully interactive...

WWE’12! Bigger, Badder, Better! But How?

WWE’12! Bigger, Badder, Better! But How?
When you hear the sound of glass smashing and which is then followed shortly after by heavy guitar riffs, what or rather who do you associate that with? The answer that should come to mind, would be none other than Stone Cold Steve Austin. Unfortunately this isn’t an announcement to say he’ll be returning to WWE on a permanent basis BUT it is something that’s just as good. So…are you ready? It has been recently revealed...

Trailer for Hitman: Absolution

Trailer for Hitman: Absolution
Not since 2006, in Hitman: Blood Money, has Agent 47 been seen neutralising his victims in a stealthy manner. Until that is a trailer for the fifth instalment, Hitman: Absolution recently emerged. It doesn’t feature any gameplay footage, but shows Agent 47 killing his way through numerous people to reach his target, an unnammed woman in a shower, strongly hinted to be his ‘controller’ from games past, Diana Burnwood. Hitman: Absolution follows...
