Deadline have reported that CBS have cast Jonny Lee Miller to play Sherlock in their upcoming Elementary pilot.
Coincidentally, Miller recently starred in a stage version of Frankenstein in which his co-star was Benedict Cumberbatch, who plays Sherlock Holmes in the BBC‘s modern adaptation set in London.

Television network ABC is going to make a pilot for an American version of Only Fools and Horses.
ABC say that the remake will follow the same formula as the original BBC show, which follows two brothers as they “concoct outrageous, morally questionable get-rich-quick schemes in their quest to become millionaires.”
Steven Cragg and Brian Bradley, best known for writing Scrubs, will pen the script for the remake.
