Win The Universe 3D Blu-Ray with The MCM Buzz

The MCM Buzz is pleased to announce in association with HISTORY and Go Entertain a chance for five lucky readers to win a copy of The Universe: 7 Wonders of the solar system on 3D Blu-ray!

This fantastic Blu-ray is released on 21st March and gives viewers the chance to experience a journey of a lifetime (in both 3D and standard HD), as they are taken to see things like Jupiter’s Great Red Spot and get to scale the fantastic Olympus Mons, a massive volcano three times the size of Everest that can be found on Mars. The series itself is produced by History and is the latest in their long line of top quality programmes to utilise top CGI and the latest scientific research in order to give the viewer the most realistic vision of space possible.

But that’s not all, as included with the Blu-ray is a family ticket (Worth approx £60) for the UK’s largest visitor attraction dedicated to space and space exploration, the National Space Centre. Based in Leicester, the National Space Centre boasts amongst other things a state of the art theatre showing special shows and a mission control/space station simulator that helps to teach you about a variety of space related subjects. Making this the perfect way to continue your journey after the Blu-ray ends.

Congratulations to our winners:

Ian Dack and Robert Lofthouse, see below for their winning entries

Ian Dack Winning Entry 1: I’d name my shuttle The Shatner after the Great Man who turns 80 this year.
The reason – he’s entertained millions for around 60 years and will forever be linked with space exploration, from his role in Star Trek to his words to the last shuttle crew.

Robert Lofthouse Winning Entry 2: I would name my shuttle Astro as a spacemen is naut without the Astro!

Congratulations to all our winners and thank you to all those who entered.

Please note that while we don’t mind if you share this competition link with others, please do not just repost the email address or question, tell them where to find us too or just link people straight here to save yourself some time.
