Lance Henriksen to collaborate with Dark Horse!

Lance, Doing what he does best.

Lance James Henriksen, the versatile 71 year old screen legend, has appeared in over 170 titles including films, TV series’ and video games. Perhaps most recognisable as android Bishop in the sci-fi classic Aliens (1986), Lance has sucked the blood of the innocent, waged war in the west and was even James Cameron’s first choice to play The Terminator. Now Lance has teamed up to write once again with Joe Maddrey to script a brand new comic book for Dark Horse.

“Joe and I were approached by Dark Horse Comics during Comic Con to write a script for a new comic series so that’s pretty amazing,” said Lance. “We’re going to start working on that very soon and I think it’s cool how our working relationship has evolved together over the years. Joe’s such a great guy and I can’t wait to see what happens with our script.”

Lance and Joe had previously worked on breathing life into Lance’s memoirs, publishing the autobiography Not Bad for a Human: The Life and Films of Lance Henriksen, which was released in earlier in May. But this will be the first comic-book writing either of them have done.

It’s safe to say that Lance has thrived in a world of fantasy and fiction on screen, but will his hard work pay off in print? To read Not Bad For A Human, it is available via Amazon.
