Announcement of Video Games at May’s London MCM Expo

One of the biggest reasons many people come to the MCM Expo is for video games. It’s often a good opportunity to play a host of unreleased titles from some of the industry’s top developers. Here are some of the video games confirmed to be appearing at the upcoming London MCM Expo in May.

• We have the UK’s first chance to play the stylish new zombie-hunting Xbox 360 and PS3 action game, Lollipop Chainsaw.

• We also have the first UK opportunity to play Aliens: Colonial Marines multiplayer, SEGA’s highly anticipated first person shooter coming out on Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U and PC.

Capcom have confirmed that they will be bringing along mech battler Steel Battalion: Heavy Armour and open world action RPG Dragon’s Dogma.

Tecmo Koei will be bringing a playable demo of their upcoming fighter Dead Or Alive 5 and hosting a tournament in their booth on Saturday. Other titles that will be playable at the event will include Warriors Orochi 3 and Ninja Gaiden 3.

Jagex will be bringing their MMO RuneScape to MCM Expo for the first time with an exclusive voice acting panel, live concept art demos, event-exclusive t-shirts and a chance to try out the game. Jagex will also be bringing Transformers Universe, the as-yet-unreleased MMO based on the popular Hasbro brand.

Gamespot UK will be returning with their dedicated games stage; hosting panels and presentations, and giving show visitors sneak peeks at the hottest new titles.

As you can see, there is a lot of variety with the current list of announcements and there may still be more to come. What are your favourites on this list? Is there anything your super excited to play? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
