Alan Moore to follow up Neonomicon with Providence

At this past weekend’s N.I.C.E (Northampton International Comic Expo), the legend that is Alan Moore announced that he will be returning to the world of HP Lovecraft with his new comic book, Providence, a follow-up to Neonomicon where Moore explores the inspiration behind the Lovecraftion mythos.

Set in 1919 and starring HP Lovecraft himself, the comic will delve into the scenarios and situations that led Lovecraft to become the writer that we all know and love.

Providence will be a ten issue series published by Avatar Press, and although there is no artist attached as of yet, Bleeding Cool believe that it may be Jacen Burrows, who drew Neonomicon with Moore.

As of yet there is no release date, but be assured that we will keep you informed.
