Bryan Singer teases X-Men: Apocalypse using treatment image!

Bryan Singer xmen apocalypse script imageLove it or hate it, you might be surprised to hear that X-Men: Days of Future Past has been a success at the box office having taken over $700 million globally (and rising) against a production budget of $200 million. So it is no surprise then that the promotion for the next movie in the series has already begun, despite the fact it won’t reach cinemas until May 2016.

First hinted at following the end credits of X-Men: Days of Future Past, the next movie, X-Men: Apocolypse, was teased even further today when Bryan Singer posted an image on Instagram (see right) of the treatment for the movie. The image shows the top part of the first page of the treatment. It also shows a bit of the first paragraph too.

It is in this first paragraph that we see further confirmation of at least one set of characters in the movie: The Four Horseman. So it would seem that at least one part of the Age of Apocalypse comic series will be in the movie. Granted there is little more known at this stage about the movie and the characters within it, but based on his use of Instagram during the buildup for Days of Future Past, we can expect Bryan Singer to continue this type of teasing about the project and its details right up until its release in 2016.
