When Kyoto University students cosplay during graduation

Education without a shadow of a doubt is very daunting. Students, especially at the university levels, work extremely hard to achieve their desired grades. At times you can say the element of fun is taken out of education, and replaced with a fat slab of seriousness. However the happiness and festivities usually come when a student becomes a graduate.

Well as fun as graduation may be, there is no place that does graduation in style like Japan. In both Kyoto University and Kyoto City University, students are allowed to cosplay for their graduation in replacement of the traditional cap and gown. Whilst many students choose to stay traditional for their graduation, there are sprinkles of creativity and cosplay which undoubtedly warms up the environment and brings joy to the whole experience.
