••• Syfy has given the green light to a third series of Zombie Nation. The channel has ordered 15 new episodes, which will air in 2016. ••• MTV’s Scream TV series will have new showrunners when it returns for season two.  Season one co-showrunners Jill Blotevogal and Jamie Paglia and Michael Gans and Richard Register (Make It Or Break It, Celebrity Deathmatch) will serve as showrunners for the second season. Blotevogal will remain as a consultant; Paglia will no longer be involved with the show. Allegedly Dimension TV was unhappy with the creative direction of the revival (they probably weren’t too happy with the ratings either – an average of around three quarters of a million per episode).
