BUZZ News Shorts: Daredevil Season 2, The Walking Dead, Better Call Saul & More

Star_Wars_Rogue_one••• Star Wars Rogue One (pictured right) has been named as the most anticipated movie on 2016 in a poll conducted by US ticket service Fandango. As if we needed a poll to confirm that. However, second place is more of a surprise – Finding Dory beat all the superhero flicks out this year. In fact, Batman V Superman (at #3) and the next Bourne film (at #4) beat Captain America: Civil War into fifth place. The rest of the Top 10 was completed by (in order from 6-10): Star Trek Beyond, Independence Day: ResurgenceX-Men: ApocalypseZoolander No. 2 and The Jungle Book. [via]

••• Get ready for a superhero smackdown of a different variety. According to Daredevil season two will debut on Netflix on 25 March, the same weekend that Batman V Superman: Dawn Of A Franchise opens at the cinema.

••• AMC has unveiled the key art for season two of Breaking Bad spin-off Better Call Saul. Click on the image for a larger version.

••• Flash fans trying to avoid SPOILERS do not read on. Robbie Amell is set to return to the Arrowverse even though his character Ronnie Raymond died in the first episode of The Flash season two. If you’ve been watching the show you can probably guess the explanation. Amell returns as the Earth 2 alternative Ronnie Raymond, who’s the villain, Deathstorm. And there’s more. Entertainment Weekly strongly hints that Deathstorm and Earth 2’s Caitlin – a villain called Killer Frost – will be an item.

••• We learned last year that Xander Berkeley (George Mason in 24)  had nabbed a role in The Walking Dead season six part two and now we know who he playing – and it’s a character from the comics: Gregory is the cowardly and sly leader of The Hilltop Colony. We won’t reveal any more in case the TV series follows on major story beat in the printed version. You can Google him if you must know.
