Yesterday (March 25th) Directer James Mangold gave his Twitter followers a sneak peek of The Wolverine via the new Vine app. You can find it here. Vine videos are only six seconds long but a lot was crammed in there, including a glimpse of a certain X-Men actress. The shot of Famke Janssen could be a flashback but we’ll have to wait and see. This very brief look is similar to the Iron Man 3 Facebook advertising in which a teaser to the teaser...

According to wegotthiscovered.com Famke Janssen flew to Sydney last week to record a cameo for The Wolverine as Jean Grey (aka The Phoenix). This could be what she was hinting at a couple of weeks ago.  The Wolverine is a prequel of sorts to the main X-Men trilogy of films, so we’ll have to wait and see if this will be a re-introduction of her character or something else. But with Mark Millar now helping Fox to build a shared universe, could...

When Jessica Biel dropped out from The Wolverine, the part went to Russian actress Svetlana Khodchenkova. UK audiences are most likely to recognise her as Irina in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. Svetlana accepted the role of Viper and for the first time we get to see how she looks thanks to HughJackMania. What’s most intriguing is that Viper has another name, Madame Hydra, as in an enemy of Captain America. Though we will have to wait and see...
