JK Rowling has taken to Twitter to announced that the forthcoming Harry Potter West End theatre production, Harry Potter And The Cursed Child, will now be a two-part project.

“So like… We had seven books and eight movies. We are getting a play and three spin-off movies. Where is our TV Show?” a Twitter follower asked Harry Potter creator JK Rowling this week.
“Right after the opera, Potter-on-ice and the interpretative dance version of Beedle the Bard #NotActuallyHappening,” replied Rowling.
Shame, really. We can see the interpretive dance version of Beedle the Bard going down a storm on Sky Arts.

Bloomsbury Children’s Books have announced new editions of all seven Harry Potter books to be released on 1st September 2014.
Not only will the books feature covers by award-winning artist Jonny Duddle, but also include an updated author biography, as well as highlights from Pottermore, the digital platform for Harry Potter. Pottermore will also publish the eBook editions at the same time.

So, you’ve heard all the hyp around it, and today JK Rowling‘s new website ‘Pottermore‘ finally came live… sort of.
The website is now under the guise of a Hogwarts classroom with a desk, chair and of course, an owl. But Fans won’t be able to fully interact with the site until October (however, a few lucky fans will be able to access the site from July 31st).
